R is for Razzle Dazzle

This Razzle Dazzle Lady went to Teri. She was a material motif and I jazzed her up with glitter pens, bobbles in her hair and pink woolly shoe laces! I love her snobby poodle too.

T is for Texture

T is for Texture. I went back to my college days and stuck on various materials then heated them up with a hot wand to see what would happen. The piece of cellophane over the top gives the whole thing a lovely sheen.

Chocolate Dreams. Collage: layers of chocolate wrapping paper, Ferrero Rocher wrapper (half), builder's scree.

Layered Cat: layers of paper glued then torn then glued then torn, etc. Bits of cotton. Background: kitchen towel with ink, sprayed gold. Woolen cat's tail. Pen for detail!

ATCs To Trade

I've decided to separate my 'art' and Artist Trading Cards to this blog. Here I will post ATCs for swapping or not. Also ones I have received.

I don't have very many to trade but maybe this will spur me on to get creative. Here are my ones to swap as of today, 20th August, 2009.

CAT TRADED WITH MARIANNE

Number one of three Ladies. Touring Lady. Altered Image. Stamping, net veil and hat with feather. Attached flower. Background Map.

NUMBER ONE LADY TRADED WITH SOULBRUSH

Number Two of Three Ladies. Raunchy Lady. 'Way to Go, Lover'. Altered image. Stamping, tissue paper, felt tip, skeleton leaf with lady behind. Black net hat with red sequin. Much better in the flesh, as it were.

Number Three of Three Ladies. Altered Image, Butterfly Lady. Sparkling gel pen dress. Added sequin for necklace. Divided by ribbon. Very slightly long. Made in July 09, as were the other two.

Love on A Desert Island. A bit of a cutie. Stamping, altered image with crayons. Stamped pig and fish. Heart sticker. Stamped bee at top of palm tree. Made in July 09.


K is for Knit. Knitted Scarf, needles made out of cocktail sticks, wool, stamping. Stuck on letters. A very tactile ATC. Made in June 09.
